Laurence works at Pixar, designing the hair on monsters which sounds like the coolest job ever. He took us to the Cheesecake Factory which was a lot fancier than the name would suggest.

We had teriaki salmon for lunch which was delicious, especially as it was the first thing we'd eaten all day.
