Today was Mel and Dave’s wedding at Ealing Town Hall. This was the first in their three, maybe four, part wedding tour. Today was the official signing of papers but they’re going to have two big UK and Canadian weddings in the summer.

It was a really nice service accompanied by The Beatles, Queen and the song from Juno. I wore my red dress and Tom wore his red tie, so it looked like we had coordinated.

Afterwards we took lots and lots of photos on the stairs. I made them pose a kiss.

I made some confetti by cutting up Tatty Devine tissue paper and it worked really well.

We headed back to their house and Dave cooked up a feast of delicious Mexican food (because they met in Mexico).

Tonight we went for dinner at The Bollo to celebrate Dave and Mel giving notice to be married. The Bollo is in the Michelin guide and serves half price main courses on Mondays. I went for fish and chips.
