We warmed up with lunch at Food For Thought, which use to be the ice cream parlour that Maisy visited in one of her books. We had paninis. Tom had a toasted teacake and tried to look as rosy cheeked as the boy on the box. We even got some free truffles.

We then went down the high street to pick up a few things but most of the shops were closed off with police tape after the storm had shook the chimneys off. Instead, we went for veggie burgers at Food For Thought.

I also had a rice crispy cake. I've not had one in ages.

Tom made me a background out of his Tunnock's Tea Cake wrapper.
