Tonight was our last night in Dundee and as hectic as everything was, we decided to have a break. We went for a snack at Fast Eddie’s, the new American diner that had opened up over the road. It’s typical that the only decent late-night cafe in the city opens the week before we leave. Miquette came along, wearing a monster hoodie, and it turned out that one of her friends from ages ago, Cat was working.
Miq made me a vial necklace as a goodbye present. It has my name in it, a cat, a dolphin, chopsticks, slices of fruit and lots of stars. I love it and it’s soooooooo tiny. As I was clearing out, I gave Miq my bubble machine, smoke machine and pole dancer’s pole. She was very happy!
