I’ve been making Baby Guinness shots to celebrate.
With all the cans of Guinness (which none of us drink) laying around, it was the perfect opportunity to try making Vegetarian Irish Stew for dinner, with the Quorn beef my mum brought up. Mum cooked something similar for my Dad the other night and he said “that’s the difference between Quorn and Beef, it just can’t taste as good as this” – little did he know. We’ve got some Quorn meatballs to experiment with too!
It was Miquette’s craft party the other night. I started off with knitting and then Miquette taught me how to needle felt, so I made a cute brooch which I gave to my mum. We were all going to go to stitch ‘n bitch tomorrow night but I’ve been invited along to a gig, so no knitting for me!
