Continuing the theme of starting new habits to learn each month (because it takes 30 days to gain a new habit), here are my aims for May:
1. Learn how to walk in high heels
I’m so sick of falling in love with shoes, buying them and then not being able to walk in to them. So this month, I aim to learn how to walk in high heels for once and for all. To give me practice, I’m going to start by wearing heels around the office and hopefully I’ll get the hang of balancing in them.
2. Put everything back in it’s place
The first part of this is to make a place for everything, something I’ve been working on for the past month or so, and this month I’m going to get in to the habit of putting things back as soon as I’ve finished with them. All part of my aim to be neat and tidy.
3. Say no to chocolate
I cut chocolate, candy, crisps and most processed foods out of my diet a few months ago, but I haven’t been able to resist the odd bite of Tom’s nom noms, so this month I want to say no to chocolate completely. Wish me luck!
4. Fill up my address book
I’m getting really sick of the situation where I email someone everyday and then when out and about, I realize that I never saved their details anywhere. So from now on, whenever I get an email, I’m going to save their details into my address book straight away.

As for last month’s habits, I’ve stuck to making the bed every morning and doing yoga – they come naturally to me now, so I guess it really does work. I’ve also been pretty good with my daily beauty routine but I’ve failed to finish any books, because I’ve been so busy
