After reading Katie’s article about S.A.D in Snippets, I decided to make the most of the extra sunlight and have my lunch in Holland Park. There was a peacock showing off, but he wasn’t impressing anyone other than the tourists. Afterwards I enjoyed a Chai Tea Latte with soya milk in Starbucks - ♥ my new favorite drink .
I’ve been trying to craft every day and last night I made a lucky cat kilt pin for my bag, which worked out a lot cheaper than the Viv Westwood one I’ve been eyeing up. The cats are little bells, so when I’m walking I keep thinking there are cats running up behind me.
One of the cafes in Westfield has these awesome Vespa seats. I really want a real, red one to scoot around London with. April is going to be so much fun, as my cool uncle from Canada is visiting, and it’s also an awesome month for gigs - Hundred Reasons, Peaches, PJ Harvey, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Princess Superstar and Buck 65.
Yay for being in the latest Venus newsletter (not a big thing but it made me smile), yay for having the new Metric album and not having to stream it, and yay for the arrival of more hot sake bubble bath. What’s making you happy today?
